Embark on a journey of growth through these transformative phases, each designed to awaken you towards your authentic, indigenous-informed leadership. The package is NZD 2000.00 plus GST.
Phase 1: Manatu
This phase focuses on reconnecting with your ancestral lineage and reshaping the narrative around your leadership journey.
Phase 2: Aotearoa
Building on the continued awakening of our leaders. Discussions will be in the context of where we live. For example, in Aotearoa, it will include the Te Tiriti o Waitangi (Treaty of Waitangi), this phase opens up a conversation on how leaders relate to the whenua.
Phase 3: Māmani
Broadens the leadership perspective through an international sphere.
Leaders will discuss how to integrate international insights into their leadership.
Phase 4: FetuiakiMālie
The final phase brings together leaders, weaves their knowledge, and shares their leadership journeys. Participants will also engage in public speaking, enhancing their ability to confidently communicate and lead.
